RFP Responses/Technical Proposal Writing
TCC, Inc will prepare all draft/final technical proposal documents, required by any Federal or State government agencies RFP (Request For Proposal), Foundations, and others. This process could include writing Technical Narratives, Program Design & Management Plans, Project Management Plans, Performance Management Plans, including goals, objectives, measures/indicators & outcome results, Communications Plans, and Budget Projections. All documents will be coordinated with customer for information content accuracy, editorial changes and level of conformance against RFP requirements. TCC, Inc will submit all final documents to Funding Grantor agencies for possible funding either via www.grants.gov or mail. Actual amount of fees below are based on level of complexity and length. Hourly rates of $55 - $75 per hour can be used in lieu of flat fees.- $15000.00

Annual Plans, Project Plans, and Reports/Administration Services
TCC, Inc will perform the following services:
- Administration of grant programs and/or government contracts
- Management consulting Services
- Office Administration Services (PMOs)
- Review, evaluate regulations, licensing and inspection of government contracts or grants with corporations or organizations
- Monthly, Quarterly, semi-annually or annual reporting of compliance via procedures and regulations regarding foundations, corporations, or governent grants and/or contracts.
- Alternative fees @ $75/hour.

Retainer Agreements
Under a retainer arrangement, a monthly retainer amount is set; usually in a range of $2000 to $3000 or an hourly rate of $150 per hour. TCC, Inc can perform grant source research, alert you to available opportunities, prepare grant proposals, and conduct ongoing advice and consultation. The retainer is due at the start of each month, and there is a two (2) month minimum.

NOTE: Before TCC, Inc begin our services we must execute and sign a contract with each customer, identifying services to be delivered and timelines required. In addition. TCC, Inc requires at least a 1/3 down payment prior to starting work.
WE DO NOT WORK FOR A CONTINGENCY FEE, A COMMISSION, NOR FOR A PER CENTAGE OF A GRANT. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID UPON COMPLETION OF FINAL DOCUMENTS.
