 KYALO CROSSON - CFO

 Kyalo started his career in his hometown of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania working for The City of Harrisburg's Department of Parks and Recreation. Starting out as a site supervisor and then on to recreation specialist and sports and special programs trainer. In 2000, Kyalo attained his first contract working on a Department of Education grant to provide training to job seeking adults and offer 'digital divide' services. During this time Kyalo gained substantial experience working with various non-profit, for profit and governmental organizations such as: Pennsylvania CareerLink, YWCA of Harrisburg, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, The Governor's Action Commission on Latino Affairs, (GACLA), Cornell Abraxas, PA Community Action Commission, and various other organizations.  Also in 2000, Kyalo was a co-founder in TTC Associates, a company that offered low-cost computer training and services. In 2003 Kyalo moved to Atlanta to continue his mission to work with people; coming together with his aunt, Sarah Tilman to create Tilman Crosson Consulting Inc. in 2007, with a vision and vigor for positive change, by addressing common challenges, in an extraordinary fashion.
